I know two of my favorite flavors ever have been Garlic Parmesan and Lemon pepper. In this dish I have taken some oyster mushrooms and paired them with vegan buttermilk wet batter and a beautifully seasoned flour mix that is perfect. These oyster mushrooms are fried in avocado oil giving them a nice crispy coating and then tossed in an amazing sauce. Let's Get started.

Ingredients
Oyster Mushrooms
1/2 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup arrow root powder or tapioca flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 lemon squeezed
1/4 cup vegan butter or avocado
2- 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese(follow your heart brand)
1/2 teaspoon pink salt or to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoon dry parsley
1 lemon freshly squeezed
Let’s Get Started
First take a small bowl add almond milk and squeezed lemon for your buttermilk
Now take a big bowl and add your dry ingredients and seasonings mix well.
Take your oyster mushrooms and slice them into strips.
Add oyster mushrooms to wet batter then toss them into dry batter bowl make sure they are well coated.
For our sauce add avocado oil or vegan butter to a separate bowl chop fresh parsley mince garlic clove and add to bowl. Mix in seasoning and squeeze in fresh lemon. set to the side.
Heat Avocado oil or grapeseed oil to 325 degrees
Fry oyster mushrooms for 3-4 minutes
Toss oyster mushrooms in sauce and serve
