2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Ground Mustard
Pink Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cloves
1/4 cup Water
Let’s Get Started
To A Skillet/ Cast Iron Add Avocado Oil on Medium Heat.
Add Lions Mane Mushroom Press down with a Cast Iron Press to get it to a About A 1 to 2 inches Thick like Steak. (Keep flipping to Avoid Burning)
Add Black Pepper, Pink Salt, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder to Both side of your Mushrooms.
Sautee with Vegan Butter, Garlic and Rosemary until golden Brown.
Add Worcestershire Sauce
Cook for A Minute or 2 Then Remove from Skillet.
Place it in the oven for 10 Minute at 200 degrees to cook for more time or to desire texture.
